 I have used the grogeous  Lil Orpheus Kelita.  She has been coloured in copic markers.  The papers I have used are from Kaisercraft Bohemian Threads range.  I've used just the edge of a piece of die cut to give a small border.  The sentiment is from Stampin Up Faith In Nature set.

My first DT card for Mad For Markers!

Hi everyone!  I'm super excited to be a part of this fabulous team and community!  This is my first card for the DT.

This month Anything Goes ..... what a great challenge theme ...... I can't wait to see what everyone creates.

I have used this gorgeous little image from La-La Land Crafts called Luka with Truck.  This is the first time I have ever coloured him and I decided to do a monochrome card.

I have coloured Luka in the following Copics:-

E11, E13 & E15 - clothes, hair and truck

E000 & E02 for his skin

For the background I have used one of my favourite embossing folders and then rubbed some Tim Hotlz Distress Ink in Vintage Photo over the top of the raised area.  Then of course some cogs cut from a Spellbinder die and once again some Vintage Photo sponged over the top.  The base card does have cogs on it as well.  I used a TCW 6x6 template to do this but not much of it is showing.

Whimsy Digi Stamps August Release!

August!  It can't be!  This is the dreaded month of the year for me ... at least 2 family Birthday's a week!  I think there are 11 Birthdays this month in our immediate family ... including mine!

But something that does make me smile is this gorgeous new digi release over at Whimsy Stamps.

This image 'jumped' out at me straight away ... yes pun intended.  (you should know my silly sense of humour by now).  This image was so much fun to colour and I just love the pondering (yep another pun ... LOL I'm so funny ... pond get it LOL) expression on his face.

 I have coloured this gorgeous little fellow using Copic Markers.  

Bits and pieces are from my stash and the die cut in the corner is Madera Corner from Memory Box.

Oh NO!  I just noticed on the photo that one of the little brown spots from the bottom corner is missing ..... I have just come back from hunting for it .. can't find it anywhere ....... have sat here contemplating but have decided to leave as is .... I'm sure nobody noticed until I pointed it out.  I'm sure when I vacuum I will find it, as it is being sucked up the hose.

I hope you enjoy this digi release as much as I have.  I will be back with another cute creature for you soon.
