I have coloured this cute little digi image from Some Odd Girl ... you can find clear stamps over at the Mad For Markers Store.

I have coloured her using the following colours:-

E000, E00 & E02, R20 for skin

E33, E35 for hair

My 1 Year Card Making/Blogging Birthday!

Happy Blog Birthday to me ...... Happy Blog Birthday to me ........

Ok ... well its a little late .. but hey any excuse for a celebration. Hmmm what shall we do ... cake? You bet! and perhaps a little give away? Ok ... sounds good to me!

My very first Blog Post and project made with a Digi Stamp and Copic Markers was on 23rd June 2011. You can see it here. I entered into my very first challenge ... a Tickled Pink Christmas Challenge.

Of course I became totally hooked! and now after more than a year I'm still colouring, creating and loving it!

I am still in love with Tickled Pink Stamps and have discovered so many more artists and stores out there that I adore! This is an addictive craft! but oh so good for the soul :)

Spring .... gorgeous colours!

So its Spring! Apparently! Not here in Victoria ... here it is COLD and WINDY! But it is lovely to see the blossoms on the trees and the gorgeous leaves peeping out from their bare branches.

I love that fresh little bit of green coming through. What a marvellous thing to see.

In celebration of Spring Growth we have been using Copic Markers in G's and YG's this month over at Mad For Markers.

I have coloured this gorgeous Digi image from Some Odd Girl in the colours I am currently seeing in my garden. I decided she was the perfect image for spring. You can find gorgeous images from Some Odd Girl in Clear Stamps and Stamp Sets .. here.

Tickled Pink Stamps is Sponsoring Do You Stack Up

This week the Pink Ladies decided to have a little fun and create something - we don't get the chance as often as we like these days! The gals have done some truly gorgeous work and if you want to check out their projects in more detail head on over to their blogs.

We also wanted to let you know that the store is having some major technical issues at the moment and is currently closed - we hope to get it sorted out for you ASAP.

For my card I have used Lil Futuristic Stefan from the Tickled Pink Store.

I have tried to create a Masculine card. Please excuse the dark pictures ... we have not had sunshine here in days. And unfortunately the whole household has been sick with that dreaded cold and cough thing thats getting around so I only created this at the last minute .... ooopppsss.

I coloured the image using copics and used some glitter glue on his space suit.

Some torn paper ...... and done ..... I'm actually quite happy with the result ... especially since I've coughed constantly whilst making it :(

For my project I have used this delightful image from Digi Doodle Shop called Tu Tu Shy. I fell in love with this image as soon as I saw it and new I wanted to colour it for this gorgeous girl who is turning 4 very soon.
