Tickled Pink Challenge #28 - Cute with a Butterfly

Good afternoon :)  Well I'm very suprised that I have managed to get this card done.  It was my gorgeous Daughter's 2nd Birthday yesterday and the poor sweet girl has had a terrible cold and fever all week.  It was so sad to see her sick for her special day and trying to smile for the camera while her nose was running and her cheeks were bright red.  I was so proud of her though because she tried really hard to be happy and have fun.  It was a looooonnnngggg day ... morning tea with one side of the family, lunch with my sister and her family then afternoon tea with the rest of the family.  I'm exhausted!  So many cups of tea and coffee made and so much time spent baking and decorating!

How sad is this picture!  Poor girl.

So it was with very tired eyes, brain and body that I created this card last night.  I think I've managed to get 'cute with a butterfly'.  The Tickled Pink stamp is Cherrie with Rose and I think she is just as cute as a button.  I coloured her with copics and then as you can see I punched out some butterflies and added some sparkly glitter glue.  The butterfly border thing I cut out on a die machine.

Well thats enought waffling .... I'm still so tired (my little cupcake has been getting up approx 5 times a night for the last week) so I've prattled on a bit ......... here are the pictures because in the end thats what you have come to see :)

I keep looking at the card while I'm waiting for the pictures to upload .. and its actually much prettier than it looks in the photos.  The more I look at it the more I like it..... yep pleased with my creation :)
