Crafting For All Seasons Birthday Blog Hop

 Here is my card .... 

I have used this cute image from Meljen's called Get Along Little Doggie. 

 He's coloured in Copics and the buttons have also been coloured with copics (they were just plain wood).  I really love the sentiment ... the stamps I used are from Stampin Up.  I'm not sure where the I'm not sure where the frame came from .. but isn't it gorgeous!
