Crafting For All Seasons Challenge #10 - Sunset/Fall Colours

Good morning, evening, afternoon or whatever the time may be where you are :)  Perhaps we will just call it Craft Time or Blog Time :)

The new challenge over at Crafting For All Seasons is Sunset / Fall Colours.  Here in Australia it is spring, we have lovely pink and white blossoms and delicate green budding leaves on the trees.  But this image is so perfect for Autumn colours that it wasn't hard to imagine them as I was creating.

We are lucky to be sponsored by Whimsy Stamps for this challenge!  They have a great range of both rubber and digital images.  I have used the Cornucopia stamp and coloured it with the following copics:-
Y38, YR16 - oranges
YR04, YR07, YR16 - pumpkin
YR23, Y21, YR31 - corn leaves & Y08 for the corn
G12, G14 - pear
V12, V17 - grapes
YG11, YG13, YG23 - squash
YG95, YG93 - long vegie/fruit up the back ... I'm sorry I have no idea what this is :)
R22, R24, R27, R29 - apples and strawberries
E31, 33, 37 - for the basket

I used a clear polymer stamp sentiment but due to the layers of cardstock it was a bit patchy so I traced over it with the Copic Multi Liner in black.  Made it much clearer to read.  I also modified the full stop at the end with a little heart :)

A piece of twine completes my country Autumn look.  I really hope you head over to Crafting For All Seasons and enter the challenge ... there are some wonderful prizes to be won.

Good luck and I'm looking forward to visiting your blog to see what you come up with.

We also got some gorgeous Sweet 'n Sassy images to play with.  Oh there are so many cute images click here to check them out.  I have used the cute Baking Bethany to create a small gift card.  Mmmmm can't you just smell that delicious pie.  In keeping with our challenge I have coloured the leaves in Autumn colours but I think they would look stunning in greens as well.  So many different things you could do with this image.  I think it would look great layered ... could have some real fun with that.

Thankyou for visiting me, I hope you enjoy checking out all the other Design Team Member's Blogs as well.
