Tickled Pink Challenge #26 - Flowers

Good evening.  It was a cold, wet and windy Sunday today.  My day was uplifted though by 2 gorgeous digital images for free from Tikcled Pink!  Yippeeee!  Wanted to create with them straight away!  But I was busy planning this card ................

This is Challenge #26 and it is Flowers.  I don't really have much in the way of flowers ... so I made my own little paper ones for the bottom of the card.  I had some silk Kaiser Craft  flowers in white ... so I coloured them with copics.

The base card and the yellow mat under the image are Bazzill Bling.  Hard to see in the photo but they have a gorgeous shimmer.  I used a doily as they seem all the rage and it filled up some 'blankness' on the card.

Of course the stamp is a gorgeous Tickled Pink digi image called Lil Allsorts Kira.  I coloured her using the copics and spica pens.  I love this image ... the sly/cheeky/sexy look of her eyes makes her versatile and a little bit more 'grown up'.

The colours I used are for the purples V12, V15, V17, for the green BG13, BG15, BG18, for the yellow Y06, Y08 and Y17. 

I am thrilled with the colouring of this card... I don't think I could be happier with how I have coloured her and I adore all the glittery areas.  Those spica pens make a beautiful card ... gorgeous.

I hope you enjoy my card.  I will be giving it to my niece for her Birthday as it suits her perfectly.
