Hello little blue bird

Good evening :)

Just a really quick one ... yep I say that all the time and then spend ages typing :)

A quickish (hmmm is that even a word?) card put together for a friend going through a hard time.

I have used the gorgeous Tickled Pink image Lil Kelita with her lovely little bird ... which I always seem to colour blue.  This image may look familiar ... yep I have done the same colours before ... this one was actually my practice run for a Tickled Pink Challenge .. but she turned out pretty good and I just had to touch up her hair a bit.

I used a couple of doilies .. a large one at the bottom and a smaller one on top which I embossed with little dandelion seed flower head things ... you know what I mean ... the ones you used to blow as a kid and make a wish. Then I coloured this doily with B000 copic pen to change the colour slightly.

Popped on a few flowers and a frame, bit of ribbon and done.  Its a quick card but my friend is popping over in about 15 minutes to pick up something and I wanted to have a little something for her ....so gotta go!  Hope the glue dries!  I just taped the ribbon on the back as the ribbon doesn't want to stick properly .... ha ha ha ... sometimes you've just got to improvise.
